Northpoint provided both construction administration services and construction inspection services on this cluster subdivision in Bristol owned by Pemi-Valley Habitat for Humanity (PVH). The site work for the project received funding from the New Hampshire Community Development Finance Authority (CDFA).We performed the bid administration process for the project and then administered the construction process for the site work portion of the project.
