Environmental Services

Northpoint offers a complimentary array of environmental services to our clientele throughout New Hampshire. The early stages of land development projects often rely on various types environmental assessments and delineations. This includes wetland mapping, soil mapping, vernal pool identification, wildlife habitat evaluations and site assessments, among others. We also offer design stage services such as wetland mitigation and restoration, stream bank stabilization and stream restoration.

Environmental permitting is a key component of many land development projects in New Hampshire, including through local, state and federal agencies. We provide a full range of permitting services including for wetland impacts, stream impacts, culvert and bridge replacements, and shoreland/waterfront development.

We extend our services into the construction and post-construction aspects of projects, including environmental compliance monitoring, erosion control inspections, and SWPPP inspections.
