Northpoint Engineering, LLC is a civil engineering, land planning, and construction services firm offering consulting services to municipalities, institutions, land owners, business owners, and private developers throughout New Hampshire. As a small engineering firm we were established with a commitment to provide our clientele with professional service in a timely and personable manner. We listen to our clients’ needs and respond with quality engineering solutions. Since 2004 we have been successful in providing this level of service. Of utmost importance to our organization, is our responsibility to act with honesty and integrity.

The company’s founding partners, Jeffrey W. Lewis, PE, LEED AP, and Kevin M. Leonard, PE, offer over 50-years of combined experience in the civil engineering industry. Our backgrounds include municipal, residential and commercial design and permitting, construction supervision and administration. With our expertise of the industry, our diversified staff and our complimentary network of sub-consultants, we provide a thorough array of civil engineering services to our clients.

In addition to civil engineering design and permitting services, we offer technical review services and construction monitoring services. For all of our clients we provide a full scope of services including: conceptual design and site evaluation services; final design and permitting services; and both bid administration and construction administration services.
