Concord Hospital begins construction in Pembroke
Concord Hospital recently began construction of the building and site expansion at Family Physicians of Pembroke located at 121 Pembroke Street in Pembroke, NH. The expansion includes a new 1,274-sf building addition that will house two additional future doctors offices. An expanded parking area will also be constructed in the front of the existing building.
Working with Warren Street Architects of Concord, Northpoint served as the civil design engineer on the project and administered the local permitting process through the Town of Pembroke. The project was approved by the Pembroke Planning Board eaerlier this year. Milestone Engineering and Construction, Inc., of Concord is serving as the construction manager.
