Northpoint Engineering, LLC is comprised of individuals with diverse professional backgrounds that include residential, commercial and municipal design, permitting, and construction supervision. The three founding partners—Jeff Lewis, Kevin Leonard and Corey Johnston—have over 35 years of combined experience in the civil engineering field. Since we have been in business our staff has grown, undertaking a wide range of civil engineering, land planning, construction administration and landscape architecture projects throughout New Hampshire. Our services are integrated into project design, the permitting process, construction, schedules and budgets. We are experienced working with a diverse group of clientele in addition to municipal officials, local boards and commissions, surveyors, architects and contractors.
Our familiarity with the permitting approval process on local, state and federal levels can expedite design and construction, eliminating costly time expenditures and assisting project completion on schedule and on budget. In this respect we see ourselves as project facilitators, providing a valuable project service.
