Kevin is the lead engineering officer on municipal projects. His experience covers a wide range of engineering projects, including land planning, site and subdivision design, and all associated permitting. His broad engineering experience has led to numerous consulting assignments for municipalities, including construction monitoring of private development projects and design, bidding and construction administration of municipal improvement projects. Kevin also has an extensive knowledge of the EPA’s National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Phase II – Construction General Permit, a prevalent concern in the arena of storm water management.
