Jeff is the lead engineering officer on projects in the commercial sector. He has a diversified background in land planning, site planning, subdivision design, and all associated permitting at the local, state and federal level. His experience in designing and permitting land development projects in the greater Phoenix area brings an urban perspective to his design work. He also has extensive experience designing residential, commercial, and municipal projects in New Hampshire.
