Corey is the lead engineering officer on projects in the residential sector. He brings unique capabilities to Northpoint, having started in the construction industry prior to moving into engineering design. His experience includes all aspects of land planning, site and subdivision design, and permitting at the local, state, and federal levels in both the residential and commercial sectors. Corey’s experience in condominium and elderly housing projects and permitting of gravel pit operations significantly broadens the firm’s expertise.
