Northpoint Welcomes Randall J. Shuey, CWS, CSS, CPESC
After collaborating with Northpoint on many projects over the years, Randall Shuey has officially joined our team in the Spring of 2016. We have had great success working with Randall as a subconsultant in the past and we are excited to have him on board as an official staff member at Northpoint as we look to expand our environmental services.
Randall is an environmental scientist with over 30 years of experience working on environmental projects throughout New England. He has extensive experience with project management, environmental design & permitting, and stormwater consulting. He holds multiple certifications as a soil scientist and wetland scientist. He is an approved trainer from several national and international organizations and has presented papers and training programs throughout the country on stormwater and erosion control related issues. He is also a Certified Profressional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC).
At Northpoint, Randall will manage environmental projects and assist with environmental components of civil design projects. He will be the head of all components of environmental services, including: wetland assessments/delineations, soils surveys/mapping, State and Federal permitting for environmental compliance, wetland restoration and mitigation design, stream restoration design, inspections for compliance of permit conditions, including SWPPP inspections and erosion control inspections.
