Derry Planning Board approves 70 Fordway Apartment Building
On June 18, 2014 the Town of Derry Planning Board approved the Site Plan application of Keystone Builders, LLC for this proposed 13-unit apartment building at 70 Fordway. The building was designed by Gavin & Sullivan Architects, Inc., of Lowell, MA. The site design and permitting was a collaborative effort bewteen Northpoint Engineering and Promised Land Survey, LLC of Derry, NH. Construction is expected to begin later this year.
